CALLING ALL KNITTERS & KNIT-ENTHUSIASTS!
Come OUT and support the Fourth Annual OOTS Knit-A-Thon!
Saturday January 28, 2012 | 10 am - 4 pm | @ Out on the Shelf, Guelph
The Knit-A-Thon is a great way to have fun and get crafty while raisng funds for super neat and unique cause that means so much to our community.
All pledges raised from this event go to supporting the continued operation of OOTS, and are an investment in the future of our positive space.
To participate as a knitter:
- Download a review the Team Information pamphlet (PDF 490K).
- Gather a minimum of four people to make your team.
- Collect pledges using the handy-dandy Pledge Form (PDF 328K). (Download as many as you like.)
- Bring your completed forms, money and knitting gear to the Knit-a-thon on January 28, 2012.
- Have fun Knitting! (BTW - your whole team does not need to be present all day - just try to make sure one person is there at all times, you know, in case you win a prize or something.)
To donate to a team, you can
- Give cash or cheque (made out to Out On The Shelf) directly to any Team member.
If you would like a tax receipt for your donation of $20 or more, please ensure to include your complete mailing information on the pledge form.
- Pledge by credit, debit or PayPal through CanadaHelps.org.
Be sure to choose "Knit-A-Thon" as your "Fund" and type the name of the team/team member you are pledging in the notes section.
Your tax receipt will be e-mailed directly from CanadaHelps.
